Nope, its not commented out in server.xml. I'm not too sure what I am looking for but from what I can tell there is nothing abnormal in the logs.
Question though - which if this is the case, you may get angry with me for bothering you with my dumb questions.... For Service Name it says "Tomcat-Standalone".... Why would it say standalone if I am using it only as a servlet/JSP container? Did your HTTP connector in server.xml on port 8080 get commented out somehow? That would be the only thing I can think of that would cause it not to respond to requests.
