I have two webpages and both contain the letter é (litterally written into the page), but one page displays it as é and the other page displays it as Ă© and I cannot figure out why. I have tried setting (via META Tags) the language to UTF-8 and to ISO-8859-1 and I can only get one page to work at a time (under UTF-8, the é comes up as a block on the page that did work under ISO-8859-1). I can see no difference in the code.
