Copy the 4.1.18 jars from /common/lib and /server/lib to their respective location in your current Tomcat installation. Optionally, also copy the contents of /server/webapps/admin, /server/webapps/manager, and /webapps if you want to upgrade these applications as well although you'll want to be cautious about overwriting any web.xml files.
