JkMount typically goes in an Apache VirtualHost container. Does your global Apache ServerName match www.mytest.com?
Can that machine (Apache, etc.) resolve www.mytest.com? If Apache and Tomcat are on the same machine, you can change "host" in workers.properties to "localhost".
