Hi Paul, I just followed your instructions for my system. I have Apache 2.0.44 and Tomcat 4.1.18, together with j2sdk-1_4_1_01-windows-i586.exe and mod_jk2-2.0.43.dll running on Windows NT 4, service pack 6.
I couldn't get it to work following the tomcat documentation, but your fix worked a treat. Thanks very much.
