Hi, I´m trying to make tomcat work, but after the installation procedure, I run the startup.sh and receive no error, but the "ps -ef | grep tomcat" prints nothing... the http://server:8080 <http://server:8080/> URL brings nothing also... I checked the /logs/Catalina.out and found this error: "Exception in thread "main" Java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/catalina/startup/Bootstrap", some one had this problem before or could help me with that ? Am I missing something during the installation ? It's a Solaris 8 SPARC box and I´m trying tomcat 4.1.18 and packages SMCapache and SUNWj2xxx Thank you ! Regards, Allan
