A Connector consists of two parts:
- A apache module in C (in this case mod_jk2)
- A Tomcat module in java

As the apache module runs as an integral part of
apache, it makes sense to assume that apache is 
there to build this part of the connector. The 
connector is built against the headers and 
libraries of apache.
