Hello,
I am using tomcat 4.1.18 binary downloaded from
jakarta site. The server is running on windows 200
server service pack 2 and I am working on windows 98
machine with the tomcat drive mapped as a local drive.
The problem with is it is not reloading the jsp page
when it is changed. But it works when I change the
system date to a newer date than the current date.
Changing the time is not working. Is it a bug. Or I
will have to work with the system date changes to
tomorrows date ?.
