I'm not a Windows user myself, but it looks like you are missing the JMX
jars.In your %CATALINA_HOME%\server\lib their should be either a
'mx4j-jmx.jar' or a 'jmxri.jar'.  If missing, you can grab the first from
<http://mx4j.sourceforge.net>, and the second from
http://java.sun.com/products/JavaManagement/.
