Hi - I have set both these values to 100. When I run Tomcat 4.1.24/Linux/JDK 1.4.2, I see that Tomcat does not create all the 100 threads. It is usually in the 40-70 range.
Does this mean that Tomcat releases the thread (resources) if not used for some time ? How can I make it create all the 100 threads and keep them available in the pool ?
