I am trying to use a Tomoyo profile with jobs within a Sun Grid Engine environment. The SGE system introduces a lot of environment variables. My profile includes a rule "allow_env \*". Unfortunately, my process is stopped by Tomoyo with a reject_log.conf message like
allow_env spool/n03/active_jobs/175.1 where this string is the end part of the value of an environment variable. It seems like the value is being cut in the middle and the final part of the value is being mistaken for the name of an environment variable. The comment line accompanying this line in reject_log.conf includes a very long list of environment variables, and the string above appears around the 4300'th character of the list. Is this familiar behavior? Am I exceeding a maximum length? Do you have any advice how to diagnose the problem?
