Thank you for using TOMOYO.

To boot your system with TOMOYO disabled, you can append

  security=none

to bootloader's kernel boot parameter.

Policy configuration for TOMOYO 2.2 (kernel 2.6.30 - 2.6.35) and that of
TOMOYO 2.3 (kernel 2.6.36 -) is not compatible. Thus, you need to recreate
policy configuration using TOMOYO 2.3's kernel and TOMOYO 2.3's userland tools.

If you installed TOMOYO 2.2's userland tools using rpm, a rpm package
should be found in your rpm database. If you can't find the rpm package,
you can manually remove below directories/files.

(1) /sbin/tomoyo-init
(2) /usr/lib/tomoyo/
(3) /usr/sbin/tomoyotools
(4) /usr/sbin/tomoyo-*
(5) /etc/tomoyo/

Regarding (5), renaming to /etc/tomoyo-2.2/ or something is preferable
so that you can later refer old configuration for your reference.

Then, please install TOMOYO 2.3's tools, and run /usr/lib/tomoyo/init_policy .
For instructions, please see "How to use" in http://tomoyo.sourceforge.jp/2.3/ .

Sorry for the inconvenience.
