So far, there is no change between Linux 2.6.38 and Linux 3.1 that requires modification of files inside security/tomoyo/ directory. Therefore, you will be able to use TOMOYO 2.4 on Linux 2.6.38/2.6.39/3.0 by overwriting all files in security/tomoyo/ directory with corresponding files in Linux 3.1. > I'll start preparing documentation for TOMOYO 2.4.
