I updated TOMOYO 2.5 backport patches at http://tomoyo.sourceforge.jp/2.5/patches/ . Be sure to apply the updated patch when backporting TOMOYO 2.5 to 2.6.33 - 3.1 kernels in order to handle __d_path() => d_absolute_path() change in security/tomoyo/realpath.c file.
