No, it just falls into the 80% of Solaris that's in source trees other
than onnv-gate.
If you look on the consolidations list at
http://hub.opensolaris.org/bin/view/Main/downloads
you'll see:
Developer Product Tools (DevPro)
The DevPro consolidation has multiple components available: the system
math library, the media library, the microtasking library, SCCS and make
and C++ runtime libraries. Some are available as source and some as
binaries.
Along with a link that will let you download the libm sources (though it appears
they haven't been updated in several years - perhaps the compiler team knows if
they've got plans to refresh that).
