I'm not overly familiar with the hosting implementation, but it sure looks
like yet another symptom of the automounter snafu.
How long has it not been working? (and how long have you been waiting before
trying again?). It may just be a matter of letting a mount time out, it may
need manual intervention from the tonic folks.
...or I maybe wrong entirely :)
