Yes, it is. This is a file containing a variety of 'broken' copyrights that
I was using as a 'faster' test than the more full 'run it over onnv and
compare' testing. Thus when the new year happened, the automatically
determined copyright became '2007', yet all the tests are at '2006', making
them all invalid for that reason, too. So I bumped the years in tests where
the year is not the failing being tested.
