Hrm, can you clarify what you mean by delta? Mercurial changesets are
as fine-grain as it gets - it doesn't have the concept of per-file deltas.
for purposes of this discussion, let's call a "delta" a change to a
contiguous range of lines in a single file -- one "chunk" of diff
output.
That's not something we've been planning to address with our initial
migration work. It might be something kind of interesting to do though;
I'll make a list of "post-migration things to have".
