Yeah, I was a bit overzealous in reading your original message and transposed "developer express" with "developer preview 2" ie indiana. The latest Developer Express doesn't have pkg (the new packaging system) and thus doesn't exist on your system. But, I'm glad you were able to puzzle it out with what I'd written.
