do you know why a search on this site doesn't return nothing? before opening a

Did you specify closed bugs in your search? The bugzilla default only searches
open bugs, so won't find bugs like those it was closed as duplicate of.
That's the right explanation.
Note that if you're using the search fields at the top/bottom of any
Bugzilla page, you can do:
ALL imagemagick
which will take you to:
http://defect.opensolaris.org/bz/buglist.cgi?quicksearch=ALL+imagemagick
which shows the bugs the reporter expected to find.
if i write "all" instead of "ALL", it returns nothing again!
more information about the magical search is available in:
http://defect.opensolaris.org/bz/page.cgi?id=quicksearch.html
which is linked from the [help] item next to the main page's search field.
Personally, I think that eventually Bugzilla needs a way to
distinguish between normal users and engineers. Normal users don't
care about or really understand the distinction between open bugs, and
duplicates or bugs that belong in other databases, and so the default
constraint is generally more harmful for them. Conversely, engineers
often are only interested in open bugs.
The default could be changed of course... (although quicksearch
doesn't have any expectation that the default would be changed, so the
easiest change would be to add "ALL " to the index page template's
default value).
