[tools-discuss] webrev scm bypass

Is there a way to bypass SCM detection in webrev?  It currently
tries to find the parent rev in the parent workspace for hg repos.  But I
do not want that.  I just want it to compare the contents of the working 
directories.
 
However, being able to specify changesets for comparison would also work
for me.  Basically, I'd like to use it a graphical html diff tool :)
