After walking through the test setup with gandalf and stas, I found a
few wrinkles in the docs, so I worked on that today.
Happy to hear reviews on the updated docs:

http://pike.github.io/master-ball/test-master/. The latter got stripped
of the stuff that's in a10n now, and improved at a few places.
