A donation to a chapter within one jurisdiction is not something that is easily moved to another chapter in another jurisdiction.
In this specific case there were a need for a solution and, well, little response from other. One admin from the nowp community managed to get a deal both on a server and hosting and got it up and running. Sometimes it is simply more efficient to get a working solution, then to wait for something to happen.
