Topband: Need help getting ahold of an article!

I'm looking for an article written by Peter Anderson, KZ3K, titled, "Phased 
Verticals with Continuous Phase Control."

I searched the ARRL archives but no luck --- anyone know where I can obtain a 
copy of that article?
