hi guys, back in the early 70's i was lucky enough to receive a permit from the Indian (VU) government to enter Sikkim. we had to sign in on a guest book. of the only 13 entries Gus Browning was one of them. as of that time (1971) we were the only non-asian visitors with a legal permit.
