Well scratch tomorow's 5AM alarm for an insurance QSO, my Feb 04 contact just 
showed up.  Check yours now.Also, is the 10m CW operation an addition to their 
posted plan? WFWL  Sure sounds legit to me (sorry, not topband 
related..ignore)Great operation!
