I encountered this already with two completely different ontologies. Having instances with properties pointing to anonymous nodes.
After reopening (???? not sure that this is the trigger) these ontologies, the anonymous nodes have been doubled. Any idea what could be causing this? It surely doesn't have to do with inferencing. The second ontology I encountered this behavior with has no inference yet defined nor executed.
