The 404 is that
http://www.objectreservoir.com/owl/2010/02/22/reservoirproperties:
has not been found.
It should have looked in the following places:
a) in your workspace on TBL for any ontologies with that base URI
b) on the web - where indeed that URL does appear to 404.
My guess is that this ontology is in a different project in your TBC
workspace.
We have improved base URI management in TBL 3.3 which helps with these
sort of errrors - watch this space.
