Pavel; As you state, to entries in a Form component in Ensemble, you need to ctl-click the entry. In the upcoming 3.3 release there is a Form attribute, named Form Editing Mode, that controls the read/write mode of all entries in the form. Choosing Edit will display all fields as an editable text box.
