Tim, the problem is most likely in the TBE application file.  It could
be that you are trying to open a URI with spaces in it, like C:/
Program Files/...  The message seems to be coming from Jetty and could
explain why it happens only on Personal Server.  Perhaps the default
application has been modified or otherwise corrupted?  In which case,
open the file and look for URIs with spaces.

What is the rest of you error message (from log on Composer?)
