Hi Holger, thank you for the quick response. Yes, I could successfully connect to a graph in virtuoso that has 245 triples. But the SPIN constraint checks are not working on the graph's data. I receive an error "Could not run checker" when executing "Refresh and show problems (constraints)". SPARQL in TBC is also not working. I just can see the classes and instances in the editor.
I'm using the sesame 2 repository connection to access the virtuoso TS. I'm not sure at all where the bottleneck is located at. It guess it could be related to the caching in TBC. But since SPIN constraints seem to not work properly with virtuoso, I might try a different triplestore. Do you have any suggestions for scalable triplestores that perform well with SPIN and TBC? Or can you see a way how to get it working with virtuoso?
