Andriy; It appears something happened to your session data. Possibly the session file was removed in TBC-ME? Refreshing the browser should correct the situation, however changed made in Ensemble may be lost. If this isn't sounding right, please provide a detailed account of the actions taken (and software version) so we can try to reproduce.
