The underlying problem is an incorrect value for a parameter (Xmx) passed to
Java that is specified in the .ini file. Subversion installation overwrites
the recommended value which causes the problem. The correct value for the
parameter depends on underlying platform and memory available to an
application. So others may say this problem. 32 bit platform is more likely
to see the error.
