The rdfsplus issue is separate from running constrain violation warnings, so I'm addressing it in a separate thread.

Again, as a common check use the file I asked you to create last time and drag-and-drop TopBraid/SPIN/rdfspls.rdf into the Imports view of your model. You can see the SPARQL rules that implement rdfsplus in the class definition for rdfs:Resource. This file can then be imported anywhere.
