Peter, please take a look at the FAQ for updating existing workspaces - http://www.topquadrant.com/products/TBS_FAQ.html#TBC3

The error is most likely from using outdated libraries in the workspace.

example.

Prior to this I transferred an entire TBCMEWorkspace from one machine
to the one I'm getting this error on. On both machines I use the same
login, same setup and the same version of TBC-ME.

Any idea why this is happening?
