Hello XA, we do not provide a ready-to-use interface for Hermit. There are various reasons for that, but a main limitation is the architecture of Hermit which uses the OWL API that makes round-tripping between its internal model and RDF systems such as Jena very difficult. Basically we would need to serialize the OWL model to a (Turtle) string and then have Hermit parse this back in. Someone could write a plug-in for TBC that does this, if interested. However, you may end up with the same performance as just running Hermit via its command line interface from the files produced by TBC.
