Hello Aza,
Are you adding the plugin directly into TopBraid Composer? That might
cause some issues, because pure TopBraid Composer package doesn't
support custom plugin development.
Instead, I would suggest you to follow the instructions at:
http://www.topquadrant.com/products/TB_EUM.html
and then integrate your plugin into TopBraid Composer.

When I run the plugin from Eclipse, I click on this menu and the
message box appears, but when I export it to TopBraid, I click on the
menu and an error message appears : "The chosen operation is not
currently available".
I don't know how to solve it, any help would be appreciated.
