Scott -- This issue is in TBL. From TBC-ME it works. I followed your suggestion and reset TBL from Admin Page then executed the Web Service with the same results. You state the script named CreateComprehensiveSpendReport is missing. Missing from where? Where can I look to see what else in the Web Service registry?
