Jamal; Can you tell us a bit more about your setup?
In particular, did you re-use a previous workspace? If so, you
need to make sure the system ontologies are refreshed - see
http://www.topquadrant.com/products/TBS_FAQ.html#TBC3
We have verified that TopBraid
EVN Tagger works in our 4.3 beta setups, so we will need to
investigate how yours differs and how we might be able to fix
the issue.
