The import statement should refer to the base URI of the model which I
understand to be
http://www.modelservers.org/public/ontologies/quantityDatatypes .

Currently, however, it says:

<http://www.modelservers.org/public/ontologies/cmo>

      rdf:type owl:Ontology ;

      owl:imports
<http://www.modelservers.org/public/ontologies/quantityDatatypes.ttl> .

I suggest removing ‘.ttl’ from imports and trying again.

Subject: RE: [topbraid-users] untyped refs despite nested import

All 3 models are on:

 <http://www.modelservers.org/public/ontologies>
www.modelservers.org/public/ontologies

‘untyped ‘ error is on depc.ttl importing cmo.ttl importing
quantityDatatypes.ttl

in the last I typed (well generated..) all the untyped qudt quantities to
use them in depc as datatypes for quantitative properties (they become
rangeble)

thx for advice! Michel

Yes, imports are transitive and the type statements should be there.

It sounds like TopBraid is not finding some of the imported graphs. You will
need to investigate more yourself or send us the models so we could try to
reproduce.

In my ontologies I import cmo ontology.

This cmo ontology imports another ontology with items like:

qudt-quantity:Area

      rdf:type rdfs:Datatype .

when reading an ontology (importing cmo) in TBC I get:

erros like: “Untyped resource: http://qudt.org/vocab/quantity#Area

while I assumed the types are there because importing is nested.

Thx for advice! Michel
