Thank you all for the input. I have started to read this doc, about this morning. I still need to get into it. But from what i read so far, it sounds like, composer will need to be running and that it is a manual process.
In my case, i would need a programe that lives somewhere on a server and routinely perform the task of update from the SQL database to the RDF database.
