Thank you all for the input. I have started to read this doc, about this 
morning. I still need to get into it. But from what i read so far, it 
sounds like, composer will need to be running and that it is a manual 
process.

In my case, i would need a programe that lives somewhere on a server and 
routinely perform the task of update from the SQL database to the RDF 
database.
Ideally, the solution would be to trigger the script each time an update 
happens on the SQL database.
