I don't know why it takes so long - the amount is triples is not huge at
all.
We have better NQuads support on our list for a future version. Until
then, even if the import would succeed, there is little you could do
with the results (TopBraid requires one connector file per named graph
unless they are all starting with the same URI prefix, which must be
equivalent to the base URI of the TDB).
For now, I suggest turning this into NTriples or Turle to at least see
the data.

I am not aware of another way of importing nquads into TopBraid
right now. You could try some 3rd party tool to create separate
files for each of the named graphs, and then copy those files into
the TopBraid workspace.
