Mary, Under the Manage tab for an Ontology you will find an External Graph URI field. You can set it for each EDG ontology to be equal to the base URI of a file that you used to load there.
Then, the import statements from your uploaded RDF that refer to these “external URIs” will be re-routed to their EDG managed representations. At least this is how it should work in principle.
