the feature for that is the Process Management page under Server Administration. Direct link: http://localhost:8083/tbl/admin/processes

As instructed there, you'll need to first activate SPARQL query tracking on the server configuration parameters page "Enable SPARQL Query Management".

This info is for 6.1. There were reports of locking problems after canceling queries in earlier versions that SHOULD be fixed in 6.1.
