In general, to open that view use Window > Show View > Associations.
Once open you can use the ... button to select the property. It SHOULD
show any property that has at least one object-valued triple so I don't
understand why yours wouldn't show up. What is the declaration of
typicalHasPart - does it have rdf:type owl:ObjectProperty?
A minimal complete example would help to reproduce this quickly.
