1. Yes it was SubmachineState instead of Composite State, sorry 2. Creation of nested diagrams depends only of your model hierarchy and of UML metamodel. Currently we enable to create a StateMachine Diagram inside a StateMachine, so if you can create a StateMachine inside a StateMachine, you can create nested diagrams : however I noticed that we probably do not create the StateMachine at the right place. Currently when you create a new SubmachineState and that you choose to create a new StateMachine, this StateMachine is created at the same level as the initial one. However the right procedure would have be to create this as a children of the state through the "Do Behavior" reference. Concerning Activity and Sequence diagrams this is the same behavior for the possibility of creating nested diagrams. Do you have any error message while trying to open my attachment ? Which version are you using ? Topcased v1.2 ? You are completely true, we are missing lots of documentation and tutorials about Topcased (althought some informations are available here : http://topcased-mm.gforge.enseeiht.fr/website/index.html) and we expect to change this in the future ...
