AFAIK Chromium portable exists on all 3 platforms supported by TBB and it
also has sandboxing
enabled on all platforms.
Windows MIC certainly works without admin privileges, OS X Lion seatbelt
most likely. Apparmor and jail certainly doesn't, SELinux: depends? most
likely doesn't.
