It's unlikely this is the same bug as the description, or the users have
downgraded Torbutton for some reason. These codepaths are disabled in
Torbutton 1.4.6.3 and Firefox 15/10.0.8 and above since fixing bug #5856.
If this is actually still a bug, we need better error message and version
info.
