Interesting read, especially the take on meritocracy. I'm wary whenever
someone plays a race card to justify something, but the article makes some
good points about early inequality having derived impact on the ability to
contribute. I'm still worried about targeted recruitment from folks just
interested in a pay check rather than our community but I'll defer on this
if Karsten or Andrew think it's a good idea.
