#16865: Updating to a new Tor Browser shows the "Add-on compatibility check

Note sure if that is a recent regressions but Mike and I noticed that
after updating the Tor Browser there is often (always) the "Add-on
compatibility check dialog" with the usual Firefox logo visible. Apart
from the fact that there should be a Tor Browser logo instead I think the
dialog should not be shown at all in the first place.
